Jubilee Primary School was Bertoldi Architects' first 'greenfield' site for a master planned P to 7 new primary school and was won from 5 selected Architectural firms in a selected design competition.

Planning commenced in 1999 and was built over 5 stages completed in 2012.
An additional major project under  BER-P21  provided a new multi purpose centre which serves the whole community.

The new spaces for the Outside Hours Care (OSHC) were opened mid year (2016) and been received well by the local community. Previously located in a demountable on the school site, the new facilities are now located in a converted space under one of Jubilee's buildings.

The new facilities include: Student Kitchenette, open plan learning spaces, break out computers spaces for quieter study, art room and staff spaces.
